Our online drop in sessions offer the opportunity to discuss your questions, explore guidance, and receive emotional support in a friendly and understanding environment. Whether you are looking for advice or simply want to connect with others, you are very welcome to join us.
These informal sessions take place online via Zoom, allowing you to join from the comfort of your own home. They are designed with accessibility, flexibility, and your needs in mind.
