Here to Help offers free Autism & Mental Health Group Sessions in Darlington for autistic people aged 14 and over. These friendly and accessible sessions provide a safe space to learn more about autism, mental health and emotional wellbeing, while connecting with other autistic people.
Each session includes information, advice and guidance, alongside practical tips and strategies that you can use in everyday life and at home.
Topics may include understanding emotions, managing anxiety, recognising changes in wellbeing, coping with stress and developing practical strategies to support your mental health.
Who are the sessions for?
The sessions are for autistic people aged 14 and over who are looking for information, guidance, peer connection and practical support around autism and mental health.
You do not need to have a formal autism diagnosis to attend.
